FEEDBACK ON MAYBANK YONG PENG I wanna inform which give some feedback regarding service Maybank at branch yong peng. I went there ask for transfer my money from MAE account to personal savings account. Due to reached my limit. But they said can't do it even though from the counter . I ask three times but they insist said cannot do it . Even, I already told them I just asking another branch from Kuala Lumpur , mention that they can do it why branch here cannot do it ?. I can't do it at branch Kuala Lumpur because I am at here 😊. Hope they can improve their service regarding handle this issue and also the way they react with the customer. 'Please say with smile face and good voice intonation. Weary or could having own problem not the reason not give good service to the customer. This also one of the attitude of working. 😊
